Advertiser terms · Melty Clocks Ads
Version 2026-11-01-v3 · 1 November 2026
You accept them with a box when you sign up at app.meltyclocks.com and when you top up your balance. Any question: support@meltyclocks.com.
1. Who is who
Melty Clocks (Klusted, Pat and Melty Clocks Ads) provides this service. Contact: support@meltyclocks.com. “Advertiser” is the business or professional that buys ads. The portal is only for adult businesses and professionals acting in the course of their activity; it is not for consumers.
2. What we offer
- Text-and-link ads, shown in a “Sponsored” block at the top of Klusted and Pat (web and Telegram) replies on the free plan. Never on WhatsApp.
- The text is adapted by AI to the person's question, using only the data you have approved in your sheet.
- We choose ads only from the current question and the area the person gives. There are no profiles and no access to people's data. You receive no personal data about those who see or click your ads, only figures.
- We do not guarantee a minimum number of impressions or clicks, positions or results, nor that your ad appears next to other brands or avoids them.
3. Account and verification
- You enter your company's details yourself when you sign up at app.meltyclocks.com: legal name, tax and VAT ID, registered address and invoicing details. They must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Invoices are issued with the details shown in the account and are not corrected for your own mistakes, unless the law requires it. We may ask you for additional documents.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account. One account is one company.
- We may reject a registration. Only businesses and professionals from Spain and the European Union with VAT are accepted; for now we do not accept advertisers from outside the European Union.
4. Creating the ad
You can create it by talking to the portal's AI or by hand. In both cases:
- You define your approved-facts sheet: who you are, what you offer, the prices or conditions that may be quoted, the area and the destination link. The AI may only use those facts. If something is not in the sheet, it is not stated.
- Melty Clocks approves each ad (and each important change to the sheet) before it is shown, under the Ad policies. Approval is not a guarantee that the ad complies with the law; that responsibility is yours.
- The texts the AI generates for each impression come from your sheet. We check them with automatic rules (no data outside the sheet, no prohibited categories) and we may withdraw any variant.
- We may ask you for proof of what you claim (prices, certifications, comparisons).
- The content you upload to the portal is yours. You give us a licence to store it, adapt it with AI and show it in order to provide the service.
5. Pay per click, balance and invoices
- Price. You pay per valid click. You set your maximum bid per click; a click can cost from €0.01 (excluding VAT). You also set a daily budget, from €1 a day. Impressions are not charged.
- Prepaid balance. You top up by card through Stripe; the minimum top-up is €10. Each valid click is deducted from your balance. If the balance runs out, your ads stop on their own. There are no debts or later charges.
- The balance never expires and stays in your account for as long as it exists. It is only for buying ads on Melty Clocks Ads, is personal and non-transferable, earns no interest, is not electronic money and is not refunded (see “Refund of the balance”).
- VAT and invoices. Prices are shown excluding VAT and the VAT that applies is added: 21 % in Spain and, in the rest of the European Union, the VAT that applies or its reverse charge (when you give a valid VAT number). We issue an invoice for each top-up to the tax details in your account.
- Refund of the balance. Top-ups are not refunded and the balance cannot be exchanged for money. The only exceptions:
- if Melty Clocks closes your account when you have not breached these terms, or stops providing the service, we return the balance you have not used, by the same means of payment;
- a duplicate or mistaken charge on our side, which we correct;
- whatever mandatory law gives you.
- If you close the account, the remaining balance is lost: before you close it we show it to you and you must confirm. If we close for serious breach or fraud, the balance may be withheld to cover what is owed and what the law allows.
- Chargebacks. If you dispute a top-up with your bank without talking to us first, we may suspend the account while it is resolved.
- Inactive balance. An account with no activity keeps its balance. We may limit access for security, but we do not cancel the balance for inactivity.
6. Valid and invalid clicks
- Valid click. A click by a real person on your ad's tracking link that meets none of the cases below.
- Invalid click (not charged). Automated or robot clicks; repeated clicks from the same person or device within 24 hours; clicks from your company, your employees, agencies or linked networks; induced clicks (incentives, tricks, deception); traffic from networks or click farms; clicks from outside the ad's area when it is limited; clicks blocked by our anti-fraud filter; and clicks that are never recorded.
- How we decide. With automatic rules and human review, using technical data (IP, browser, frequency) for the periods in the Privacy policy. We do not explain the detail of the filters so as not to make fraud easier.
- Invalid clicks are refunded automatically. Those we detect after charging them go back to your balance without you asking.
- Claims. If you believe there were invalid clicks we did not detect, or a mistaken charge, you can claim up to 60 days after the click, by writing to support@meltyclocks.com. We review it in good faith. After that period, claims about those clicks are not accepted.
- Your figures. They are counted in our systems and are the ones that apply for billing, unless an error is proved. Your website's analytics may show different numbers (page loading, blockers, etc.) and cannot be used to claim.
- You may not click or have others click your own ads, use the tracking link to place cookies or trackers on the person before they accept them on your site, or change the destination after approval.
7. Your responsibility for the content
You guarantee that:
- you have the right to advertise what you advertise and to use the brands, images and texts;
- what you state is true and you can prove it;
- you comply with the law that applies to your sector (consumer, advertising, competition, regulated products, data protection);
- the destination page is yours, secure, accessible, with your privacy policy and legal notices, and matches what was advertised;
- you do not include third parties' personal data in your sheet.
You are liable for claims, penalties and damages arising from your ad or your website, and you hold us harmless to the extent the law allows. We do not review or guarantee the accuracy of your data: we only apply our own check against the Ad policies.
8. Ad policies and labelling
The Ad policies apply. Ads are always marked “Sponsored”, with access to “Why am I seeing this?”, which says that you pay for it and why it was shown. You cannot ask for it to be hidden or changed.
9. Pausing, rejecting, withdrawing and suspending
- Pause. You can pause or delete your ads whenever you like; the effect is immediate or within minutes.
- Rejection or withdrawal. We may reject, edit or withdraw an ad, or switch off any variant, at any time: for breaching the policies, because of a well-founded report, on an authority's order or because of a risk to users. We tell you the general reason and how to complain.
- Account suspension. For fraud, non-payment or chargebacks, serious or repeated breaches, unlawful content or a legal requirement. Where reasonable, we warn you first. You can complain at support@meltyclocks.com; we reply within 10 working days.
- Effect on the balance. See section 5.
10. Personal data
For your account we are the controller of your team's data (name, email, phone, billing): see the Privacy policy. We do not receive or process your customers' data. You do not give us users' personal data and you do not receive it from us; if the destination site processes the data of whoever arrives, you are an independent controller.
11. Our liability
The service is provided “as available”. We are not liable for loss of business or loss of profit. Our total liability does not exceed what you have paid in the 12 months before, except for wilful misconduct or what the law does not allow to be limited. Technical interruptions and errors by AI providers or Stripe give no right to compensation beyond refunding clicks that were wrongly charged.
12. Changes, term and cancellation
- You can close the account whenever you like (see section 5 on the balance).
- We may change these terms and the rates with 30 days' notice, by email or in the portal. Changes do not apply to clicks already made.
- If you disagree, you pause your ads; the balance stays in your account, without expiring.
- If it is Melty Clocks that closes Ads, the refund in section 5 applies.
13. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts with jurisdiction under the law, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
